Solo performance, 40 mins

A series of performances loosely inspired by the origin myth of Rome. At the centre of each performance is Trix, a wolf mother trying her best to educate her pups, curb her own savage impulses and come to terms with her ageing body. Part cabaret, part clown show, part dog training demonstration, HOWL explores mothers and wolves as ambivalent symbols of domestication and wildness, ‘maternal’ and ‘animal’ instincts, transmission and transgression.
