What to do when travelling begins to feel like a series of departures? 

"September in Paris. The leaves are turning. The nights are growing colder. The sun sets on another artist's time in residence at the Cité internationale des arts." 

Fellow residents were invited to join Dillon for a closing ceremony on the banks of the river Seine. Participants were invited to bid farewell to new friends in residence, walking paths and museum visits, tourist boats and bakeries, realised projects and abandoned plans.

Dillon was in residence at the Cité internationale des arts as part of an exchange programme with the University of New South Wales, Australia - Art and Design (UNSW).
